Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA
The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA is an independent, donor-supported, non-profit agency that provides animal care for abandoned and homeless animals. An open door agency, PHS welcomes and cares for all animals in its service area regardless of age, medical condition, breed or any other criteria. The Society is responsible for animal control and welfare for seven area cities that include La Canada Flintridge, San Marino, Sierra Madre and Arcadia, Glendale, Pasadena and South Pasadena. We also license dogs for the cities of La Cañada Flintridge, Sierra Madre and Arcadia.
With over 70 employees, the organization is dedicated to promoting humane treatment and quality of life for all animals, domestic, exotic, wild or livestock. To accomplish this goal, the Society advocates and enforces the humane treatment of animals and fosters a public awareness of humane care through education and example.
Dogs are $125; Cats are 1 for $70 or 2 for $85; and Rabbits are $30. Other fees vary by animal.
