Chihuahua "short coat"

Special Needs

Rosemary is a 1-year-old, 7-pound Chihuahua mix that came to AFRP from the Salinas Shelter in January. She needed some extra time to feel confident enough for adoption, and she has spent the past several months in foster care, gathering her courage to face the big, wide world. Rosemary has a super sweet and gentle temperament, and get along fine with other dogs. She'll do best in a quiet household with an adopter experienced with the needs of shy dogs. Rosemary will benefit from having a friendly and outgoing mentor dog in the household.
