DescriptionFrench Bulldog / Chihuahua / Mixed "short coat"
Ace has bunny fur and due to an old injury can hop like one. He uses his rear leg but not always. I have manipulated it so much and doesn't seem to be painful. Ace was very undersocialized but has become my cuddle buddy at bed time. Sleeps on my shoulder. HE has free run of the house and seems to be good on his potty skills. Due to his leg he squats and uses potty pads because I am gone too long working to expect a small dog to hold it without bursting. He is not a chewer but enjoys dental treats at night. Very gently guy. He needs about three weeks to be comfortable and I believe another dog friend may speed that up a little. Ace has less than 24 hours left at the shelter in Sacramento when we pulled him. What a gem he is! Fostering him has given me a chance to watch him blossom! If you want a quiet small dog and willing to give him time to warm up Ace is a good choice! He would enjoy a quiet home Older kids are okay. Zues loves Vanilla yogurt off a spoon. He is a total gentleman!
