DescriptionChihuahua / Terrier (short coat)
Princess Pinkie is truly one of a kind. This girl found walking the streets of Vacaville It took three weeks to catch. she and her John could outmaneuver the staff who spent days trying to catch her, coax her and trick her. She outfoxed them over and over. Our leader was in town one day and went out to help catch her. Of course she was caught that day. Fearful of humans, scrawny and labeled a feral you would have a little trouble believing it is the same dog.
Today Pinkie is enjoying the home life. SHE was THRILLED to get a ruffly harness. She embraced food in a bowl, would wear anything pink or with sparkles. This is a dog that wants a wardrobe. She is very street smart and likes to bully the other dogs but has started to play and spend time snuggling with them. NOW she sleeps in my bed, is house trained mostly. Got out twice recently thru the gate when opened. I was sure she was gone, nope I called her and she turned around and came back. She knows what she wants and it is love, pink outfits , grain free food and a nightly dental chew.
She has done a 180 turnaround and I have been so lucky to watch her blossom.
