Pepsi is a female black-brown marbled tabby domestic shorthair born approximately around May 30th, 2017. She was rescued as part of a trap and neuter program in Davis’ West Village apartments with her brothers Boba, Latte, and Juice. Pepsi is still shy and needs a patient family willing to take the time to properly socialize her since she came to our program feral. Sometimes she hides and hisses, but she is just scared, not mean. When she gets to know you, she is a real sweetheart with a quiet purr who asks for chin scratches and kisses on the forehead. Pepsi should not be adopted on her own and would be so much more at ease if she was adopted with at least one of her older brothers.

Notable Features: Pepsi is very tiny, very cute, and very stubborn. She has big green-gold eyes that will melt your heart.

Special Skills: Pepsi is one smart cookie and finds hiding spots so good that even her foster parents can’t find her sometimes.

Favorite toy: String!!! Pepsi is a simple girl who never seems to get bored with a good piece of string. She also likes to chase the laser pointer.

Favorite activities: Eating chicken baby food as a treat, grooming herself, and sitting wide-eyed watching her brothers play.

Favorite Sleeping Spot: The big, fuzzy, grey blanket at the foot of her foster parent’s bed.

Fun Fact: Pepsi may look black at first glance, but she is actually a dark brown and black marbled tabby. You can see her markings best in the sunlight.

All of our felines have been altered prior to adoption. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have are Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped. The fee to adopt is $90 (the fee helps cover these costs and the cost of the microchip registration).

The Yolo County SPCA is a private, not-for-profit, foster home-based animal rescue organization and does not have a shelter. All of our animals awaiting adoption are in foster homes. For more information about this animal, please email cats@yolospca.org. For more general questions, please see our website at http://www.yolospca.org.

We are still accepting applications on this animal; we do remove the pets from our site once they are adopted.
