Special Needs

From the lonely streets to the busy public animal shelter, and now to the bright lights of the theater stage, Toto's risen to superstar status! In October, this beautiful little Terrier mix took on the coveted role of Toto in a local rendition of the Wizard of Oz, and now that her super-stardom role has been completed, this cutie is available for adoption to one lucky home! Toto is estimated to be 6 years of age and is spayed, microchipped and current on her vaccines. She's awesome with other dogs and does well with cats, too, though she has a bit of 'me, me, me!' personality and so sometimes can tend to want to be the center of attention with other animals around. She loves to go on car rides and adventures, adores camping and playing in the mud - yep, she's the perfect balance of princess and tomboy! She'll do great in any small-dog loving household where she can be an active part of your life. Toto will be having a small mammary mass removed on October 27th and recovering for a week or so from the surgery; if reports come back clean, she should be ready to go to her new home by early November! Location: Foster Home

Your minimal adoption fee helps to offset some of these costs and ensures funding for other cats in need of care through our programs.
