Oh, boy, does Wiley have energy!  He is one of our favorite dogs at Berkeley Animal Care Services.  Wiley loves to play fetch in the playroom for minutes on end and Wiley's play manners are excellent, too!  Here is a video of Wiley and Violet romping together: https://vimeo.com/257804343

Wiley also loves his walks and runs.  He tunes into his human friends very nicely.  He is a strong boy who takes corrections well.  Wiley is also housetrained, microchipped and up to date on his vaccines.
The staff and volunteers of Berkeley Animal Care Services think that Wiley has a personality of Linebacker of Love.

He gallops and plays just so spryly
About him, his fans speak so highly
Need a pal when you run?
He might be the one!
Come meet the young pup we call Wiley

Adoption Fee Details

Most of the dogs and cats presented on our pages have been rescued from the Animal Shelter in Berkeley, California and are now living in temporary foster homes with incredibly caring people. They have all been spayed or neutered, and are up to date on their shots.

Others were rescued from various circumstances, abandonment being the most common. In order to continue our work, we charge a fee for adopting an animal.

•Our adoption fee for dogs and puppies is $200.
•Our adoption fees for kittens and cats are 1 for $100, 2 for $175 (usually 1 for $145, 2 for $255).
•Our adoption fees for black kittens are 2 for $100 (usually 1 for $145, 2 for $255).
•Our adoption fees for adult cats 10 years and older is $100.

These prices now include the microchip registration fee.

We also ask that you fill out an Adoption Application, and a Pet Adoption Agreement to help us ensure that our animals are going to loving, stable homes. Please keep in mind that we are a non-profit organization and that your donation will not only help us to save more animals, it's also fully tax-deductible. We kindly ask for your support even if you are unable to adopt at this time.
