Leonarda is an adorable brown tabby female kitten with a purr to melt your heart! She was found screaming for hours in the middle of the night outside a Home preschool. After realizing the mother wasn’t coming for the kitten, the preschools teacher spent hours outside, in the middle of the night to get Leonarda to safety. She was  given warm pads for her tiny shivering body, food, water and much needed TLC. Leonarda was reunited with (who we assume) to be her sister, Lucy, who was found just a short distance away that same morning by a family who had also found a kitten that night. The two have been fostered at the preschool and are now ready to find their loving furever home. It would be great to see this duo adopted together, but not required. Leonarda is good with kids, dogs, and cats when properly introduced.

Lucy is an all black female kitten with green eyes. This tiny lady was found near a preschool  in a driveway at 9am, laying flat on the pavement, motionless. She was lucky to be found, although we were not sure she’d survive the car ride to receive the help she so desperately needed. Lucy received fluids and a full day of 24/7 TLC, and by 5pm that day, she was meowing and eating on her own!! Her recovery was truly miraculous and a coming together of multiple members in our community- the preschool students and teacher, parents, And community concern for cats quick response to save this baby’s life.

Lucy has been fostered at the preschool along with her sister, Leonarda. Although not required, It would be great to see them adopted together. Kittens do so much better in pairs.
Leonarda. When properly introduced, Lucy is good with kids, dogs, and other cats.
