Domestic Short Hair

Special Needs

Gatsby joined us on March 1st so we are still getting to know him. What we do know is that he can be a very sweet boy when he wants to be. Gatsby was trapped as an outdoor cat and labeled as 'feral' at the county animal shelter. When we met Gastby he was terrified of his surroundings and just wanted to hide. Gatsby is now in a free-roam room where he is free to do as he pleases. He gets along well with other cats but new experiences do scare him. In the short time we've had him, he has made huge progress. We are able to pet Gatsby and even pick him up. He is looking for a quiet home with understanding people. We don't know just yet how cuddly or how playful he is, but volunteers get the feeling that he is a diamond in the rough. Gatsby is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is estimated to be about 3 years old.
